I had the pleasure of staying at ADM, tucked away in the heart of Montmartre, and it certainly made my culinary adventure memorable. The location, just steps from the iconic Sacré-Cœur, made exploring the vibrant local scene effortless. The shared kitchen, stocked with breakfast essentials, allowed us to prepare our meals leisurely. One morning, I ventured out to grab a crepe at Au Petit Creux Montmartre, only a stone’s throw away, and brought it back to savor while chatting with fellow guests. For dinner, we couldn't resist the on-site restaurant, where the ambiance struck a lovely balance between casual and chic. Each dish was a testament to culinary innovation, incorporating fresh, local ingredients—something I always appreciate as a marine biologist.
